Wrist fracture
I had a fractured my wrist (on radius bone) 4 months ago ,so can I weight lifts or heavy weight on that hand,some times it still pain...

Meet physiotherapist and learn strength exercises of hand. In pain conditions avoid weight exercises. Firstly reduce pain by electrotherapy then start gradually

You can start lifting weights on that hand gradually. Pain and stiffness can last for upto a year which is normal.

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. You can lift weights but not heavyweights... Start with free exercises for muscle strengthening and then keep on increasing weights gradually.. consult a physiotherapist
