Bone & Muscle problems

Hello! A week ago I had injured down with my ankle. The diagnos is :dist.mall.lat.1.d. It was swallen and it hurt as hell. No it's not swallen but 2 days ago i have fell down to the floor and since then it's really painful to walk,I can't even stand on it. My parents told me that I should try walk more and I should try stand on my ankle. But I can't it's really painful, by the way we put a lot of ice on it and rested it I only walked when it was needed. Please help I feel compleatly lost. Thanks

I am a working women. I have 1 year 2 month baby. After her birth I am suffering from lower back pain. Still I didn't consult with doctor. But due to this pain I can't stand or walk continuously more than a hour. Please suggest me from which kind of this problem or how to overcome from this.

My wrist is paining from last 1.5 month when i move my wirst to downward then there's too much pain and sometimes there is also sound of the nerves like sound of cracking up and down when i move my thumb up nd down in mrng even i m nt able to move my wrist downward soo its my request to tell me the reason behind this and tell me the way through which this get recover i will be thankfull to doctor

I am suffering from severe right shoulder pain and joint pains since 2 days.

We consulted a doctor 1yr back he suggested vitamin tablets n syrup for leg pains...he said it is due to vitamins n calcium deficiency

I recently had surgery on my ankle on January 3rd and had 12 screws and a plate put into my ankle was told by my doctor I could start wieght bearing on February 22nd . I recently fell last Friday without my cast on because it got soaked by accident when I took a shower and I fell on my bad ankle pretty hard.. I'm just wondering what the pain would be like if I re-home it? Or if I lossen anything. It is very swollen still but doesn't hurt much but if I walk in my AirCast for awhile it hurt now

I met with an accident ..where my front tooth is moving and lost the bone in few days and it got fell down..hardly it takes few days to fell..I consulted a doctor she says due to hereditary is also a reason that you are gradually lossing your bone...so what is the best option for me to go for a flap surgery/implantation/ceramic

It is from last 3 years but it is been started paining now a days. Did not consulted any doctor for this ever
