Excess vitd3 can cause hyperT temporary?
I have consulted a doctor and he said 2 causes of ur symptoms vitd3 deficiency or thyroid ...my symptoms were extreme shoulder and knee pain, high heartbeat,sound from bones, hardness of muscles and inflammation in shoulder and knee..he prescribed me flouroquin p for 1 week And symptoms are getting recover and I have taken three injections of vitd3 orally without doctor prescribed.. once I stop taking pill symptoms are back then I tested blood, ft4=2.84(ref range: o.8-1.9), tsh=0.18(0.27_4.20)

⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
