Joint pains after viral fever

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Joint pains are coming after attacking the viral. Fever from Jan 14 2018. I consulted a gen medicine doctor he advised me to take solipred2mg and acelefenamine extended release 650mg for 10 days.after 15 days again pains are started.pls advice best solution
