Bone & Muscle problems

I work in IT and I have to spend continuous hours sitting in the office. Recently I have been noticing that my right knee makes the knuckle cracking sounds everytime I climb up or down stairs. It doesn't occur when I'm walking on a flat surface. Should I be worried ?

One of my neck bones / the top of my spine HELLA sticks out at the back of my neck, especially when I lean forward. It looks like a big bump at the back of my neck but it's just the bone?? Idk

My friend is suffering from pain at the middle of the chest mainly at the breast bone which is extreme in nature. She cannot move from one side to another during pain period. However it again feels normal after a certain period. Sometimes during tension, her pain starts coming. Kindly help her by giving suitable suggestion.

I 've since problem form 3 years in my legs so much pain in my both knees swelling in both legs if I walk few min the sound regularly comes form knee tak-tak stretching in legs when I wake up at morning I consulting many doctors but no effects have were seen doctors told there is nerve prblm so pathetic conditions in my life by this problem

My husband has a disc issue in his back and a nerve inflammation in his arm as a result of the disc issue. It causes him moderate to severe pain on a daily basis. He is taking Lyrica and doing physical and laser therapy, as well as seeing a doctor. He gets stomach issues when he takes pain medicines. Muscle relaxants do not help him with pain relief. As a result, he smokes a lot for the pain relief. I really want him to be in less pain. But is smoking really the only way we can deal with this?

My mother age 65, recently underwent a bilateral total knee replacement surgery. It has been nearly one month. She is recovering well and is able to walk with the help of walking stick. However we did her CBC test and found that her eosinophil level is quite high. She took IV injection for 8 days. Is it a cause of concern? I am looking for a second opinion.

I am 29 now and it feels like all energy is sucked from my body my whole body makes cracking noise when i move it and muscle gets cramp everytime also when i work my muscles get hard and painful fast I feel very anxious, depressed, and low confident to do any action cuz Can i restore my calcium and vitamin levels back without any medication side effects ? Cuz i have heard that calcium restore injections have more side effects thats why i am afraid of restoring it from many years now At the age of 29 can i bring levels back? And which medical profession doctor will be able to diagnose this condition? Doctor is god so god plz help me 🙏

I have pain in my both heal while i walking and when i get up in the morning it becomes more pain and i can not put my foot on the floor.

I am undergoing lateral femoral condyle fracture treatment. I am wearing long type knee brace without any surgery. Attaching MRI Reports Is there any suggestions or exercise or special medicine for early recovery.Thanking you in advance.

The muscles in both my hands cramp up and whatever diget that muscle that cramps up controls dislocates until the muscle cramp goes away what would cause this?
