I have acl high grade tear in my right knee . I’m recovering without surgery through Ayurvedic treatment. They applying two process one is janudhara and other one is upnah. Can u suggest me that I m doing the right process

Well, I have been playing soccer for w while now but started having problems with my tibia. About a month ago I fractured my fibula and my old dr decided to put me a cast which I was meant to have for 4 weeks. I went to a new dr and he said the cast was not necessary so he got the cast off 2 weeks earlier and so I rested for 2 weeks. Then I started to practice again a week ago because this week I had a tournament but last Sunday I made a wrong move and felt that I worsened my previous fracture.

Which exercise i prefer for lumbosacral strain which give me quick reliefs ?

Hello doctor... I got flat foot since birth... I also do a duck walk.. till now I never faced any issue other than my poor walk bt now m feeling pain in my feet n ankel.. specially under the thumb.. moreover my feets are broad and one feet has tilted fingers... Sir i have pain in right wrist and palm while twisting it anti clockwise. I consult orthopaedic surgeon they told that its ligament sprain and give me some anti inflammatory drug and brace. But after 10 days no change in pain

8 year old female. Originally complaining about wrist pain. Lasted for 1 week. Made apt and day before complained of foot/ankle pain and has rash appearing, mild fever Doctor suggested minor sprain in each. After 10 days, pain continued in the foot/ankle. Second apt with strep check (negative), exray of foot didn't show anything abnormal. Blood check showed normal kidney function, no lyme disease. Doctor thinks possibly acute sinuates. Made apt woth Rumtolist (don't know how to spell).

My mother in law has advised to go for knee replacement .so We would like how much it would cost for a knee replacement ?
