There is cracking clicking sound in my wrist and also pain nd not able to move wrist downward as nerve get pinched so i got injection also may be of steroid i got relief from that in 10 days but again there is too much pain nd crack sound doctr askd for operation so i have 2 ques plzz reply me of 3 doctor its req 1. After how much time i get proper recovery of my left hand wrist so that my wrist bcome perfect as like before? 2. its surety that my wrist bcome prfect aftr hving srgry? .. help me

My vitamin d levels are 11 and my doctor prescribed with 60000iu syrup for 2 months with weekly once,along with calcium 700 mg for 2months daily. Will it have any bad impact on my other body organs. Is it okay to take calcium for daily about 2 months. Please advise.if I have to follow any other instructions during the medication.
