Bone & Muscle problems

I got back pain recently and doctor said it should be disc degenarative issue after seeing MRI and xrays. But gave only tablets which is of no use. Pain got relief but it is more about my feelings which i think i got something at my back. And also feeling all my joints paining. Any suggestions what i should do now for joint pains and feeling of pain in back ??

My father is suffering from severe knees joint pain from past 1 yrs please suggest me what should I do...

I am having swelling just below knee joint since last two years . It pains when i walk and sometimes when i am resting. Got treat from COLUMBIA ASIA HOSPITAL but no sign of refief in two months . They said that it is due to lack of Vitamin D
