Bone & Muscle problems

Hi.. Could anyone tell me the dos and don't when suffering with this problem...for overweight person. Like physical activities, foot care etc.

I am having pain in my left hand near to thumb finger frm the past 2 weeks amd its not gning with time.what should i do and to whom i should go?

I’m getting a mpfl surgery in just over a month. If I have a mobile patella ( goes over about3 quadrants and I have a high patella and it’s tilted. Curious what you think my condition of mpfl is. I have dislocated both my patellas over the years.

I am suffering from pain in only heals area while walking, and some pain in knees aswell; itching in heals and knee area and got rashes from itching too. This itching and pain (like inner heals mass is swollen) is something i couldn't understand. Please help me out? is this due to increase in uric acid?? Note : i don't wear heals or any uncomfortable shoes.

A small hard bump appered in my right leg below my knee on the shinbone. It's painless . Don't know weather it's a bone tumor or not . What it could be ?
