Extreme Leg Tightness
I am a sprinter and generally I just have very sore shins. However, On two separate occasions, my leg(first time right calf, second time left hamstring) has tightened up to the point where I cannot walk and stand up, and I also have this tingling sensation all across my body. The first time, the doctor said it was non-traumatic rhabdo and told me to drink more water and rest more. The second time happened just now but went away after 10 minutes. What's causing the tightness and the tingling?
