I have labral tear in my right shoulder. I am feeling the pain when I am throwing the ball. Can it be curable with any exercise as I don't want to go for any surgery. Attaching the MRI report. Kindly suggest me what I should do

If there is foreign body feeling, clicking or pain during routine shoulder movements then probably you may need surgery. You have to accept the seriousness of injury, in absence of the above complaints, try to strengthen your shoulder with exercises and hot compression.
