Does vitamin D or B12 deficiency cause swelling on face and feet tingling sensation? I get up with swelling on face everyday and feet has this constant tingling sensation.

Hi, i am 25 years old female suffering from vit b12 and d deficiency diagnosed recently. I have symptoms like back pain, leg pains, muscle pains, which comes frequently. I am unable to climb stairs as i will be having pain while climbing. I am experiencing back pain while standing for long time and also mood changes. kindly guide me how to overcome this issue as it is affecting my day to day life.

I am.having severe back pain for last 10 days. After consulting doctor I'm using neorelax Mr and pregabica ntm but it makes me somnolence all time and sometimes heaviness in head . So is there any way to reduce these side effects

My mother is in pain in joints and it get swell her both leg and hand gets swell and she is not able to do things.we have shown to doctor but no changes in her pain

My vitamin d3 level 7.91 and vitamin b12 is 165 and cbc are as below-wbc-7700,rbc-5.43,mpv-13.8 fl,pdw-22.5 fl, platelet count-187,pclr-55 taking d3 60000 iu tablet once a week and b12 capsule but not having to much improvement and feeling chill,watery nose,night sweat to much and low energy,tiredness. Bone and body pain and aches.

I started to have a dull sort of pain that's consistent throughout the day, everyday since about 2008, it's in the following areas and can only be relieved (temporarily) by certain movements: - The front of both ankles - The back of the upper calf (both legs) - The muscle that joins the thigh to my middle (both sides) - Upper hips to the sides - To the sides of my lumbar vertebrae - The inner sides of my shoulder blades - The inner and outer sides from wrist to elbow

Whenever my wife gets up after 6 -7 hours of sleep , she gets bad back pain in left hip. We tried changing the mattress , but it does not help. The pain goes away 10 mins after she gets up. What could be wrong. Is it the sleeping posture. She generally sleeps like shown in the picture . What shall she change in sleeping posture
