Hi,
My name is Kartik. I'm experiencing elbow pain on my right arm. This started about 5 days back when I was in gym doing reverse barbell curls. Before this, I wasn't physically active for about a year since I was working.
The pain is above the elbow not in the bone. No pain in the bicep but in the sides. My trainer advised to apply ice . I did and dipped my arm in hot water as well a day later. Pain was there but subsided a little.
However today I did rope climbing and the pain was there again. I'm not able to lift or pull much with my left arm.
Please advice. I feel no pain in the bone.
Thank you
