Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 3 weeks post op from a elbow dislocation surgery. Everything was torn, muscles tendons ligaments and my artery. The surgery harvest a artery from my leg into my elbow. I am trying to gain back my range of motion but my elbow is stuck. It doesnt feel like a tightness or anything but everytime I try to straighten my arm the inside of my elbow hurts and it's stuck. It's like there somethin blocking the bone. Is this normal or should I raise it up?

Facing severe pain on right arm shoulder joint, pain intensifies when I lift arm upwards. Which doctor shall I consult.

My wife is in pain in the lumbar area after delivery. Doctor suggested to have an X-ray. X Ray report says, Normal plain film lumbar spine. What does that mean, and what's the treatment? Please help.

Hi Dr, Attached is d MRI scan of my lumber. Before to this I had same problem in 3 year back. That time I took MRI scan as per the report In 2015 "L4-L5 DISC shows mild annular bulge causing indentation over thecal say and lateral recesses. " After 3 years I got same pain in left side leg, knee and back. The current report said"DISC L4-L5 show minimal annular bulge indenting the thecal sac. Currently Dr asking for surgery and given attached medicine for 2 weeks. Please check and let me know what to do. Dr asked for bed rest for 10 days. Not lifting, Not driving no travelling etc. She asked to not do yoga. Only to phsyo exercise. I am still getting pain in my left leg.Please suggest.

I had a scaphoid bone fracture in the month of March. My doctor advised me to put a cast for 1 month. After 1 month, I still had pain and visited another doctor for a second opinion when he asked me to put a cast again for a month. I still feel pain in my wrist after almost 3 months since the accident. Understandably, scaphoid fracture takes time to heal but is the acute pain normal? Will I get the strength back in my right wrist? Wanted to get some opinions from a larger pool of wise doctors. Kindly check the latest X Ray images attached. Thanks!
