Pain and vibration in right arm.
Recently my ulna bone was broken nearly in the middle. It's been nearly 50 days since I got operated and titanium plate is implanted in my right arm ulna bone. Any side effects or precautions should i take ? Till how much i will feel pain ? and sometimes I feel kind of vibrations in my hand while moving but if i do again same movement with conscious brain i feel normal. is this normal ? Also, Can i play foosball ? or any external sports like cricket after how many days ? After how many can i do exercise ?
