In the d vitamin test report 5.6 % came, please let me know what is the dite and excersizes to improve d vitamin. Currently I am using Uprice D3 60k capsule..twice a week.

Can gout arthritis further become rheumatoid arthritis if left untreated or it's a myth ? I am worried

I have high uric acid level and positive rheumatoid factor.... still is there any chance that i dont have rheumatoid arthritis... only gout arthritis... Help!!!

There Fracture of head of radius and underwent excision of head of radius later developed restricted flexion movements of right hand and underwent soft tissue and radial head refreshing and further surgical managements are done ,now there is problem in bending the hand ,that is there is issue while having food ,could you please suggest if there is any treatment or what could be done .
