I have done mri acl sprain last year by it becomes weak need glucosamine tablet of best bran please suggest

I am getting an extreme pain at a part of my vertebral near waist and the waist itself. This’s happening from yesterday. I’ve taken two ‘Pyrigesic 650’ already since yesterday but nothing happened. This is not a constant pain but when I want to move a little bit then that happens. I’ve recently lifted some heavy bag and I was cleaning bathroom bending my waist. Sir, my heel and knee are paining always when I walk my heel start to pain and when I fold our legs my knee start pain

My husband is a pt teacher and sports person. He has some mild back pain for a year and has been rigourous over for past 2 month. Our doctor suggested mri and d the result is Anterolisthesis grade1, L4-5 disc buldge and slight narrowing if spinal cord with no spinal injury. They suggested surgery not possible now and gave lumbar belt for back support and suggested rest. But due to his occupation it is not possible to get rest. Still he suffers from pain after some activites like standing bending, driving and lifting with belt. Is there any thing to keep him pain free.

I have severe fever with my joins in pains. This makes life unconfortable for me

I had slipped and had bone crack type of injury in my left wrist and having a forearm splint since last 3 weeks and having still pain in that wrist.

HI so my third and forth toes are half there original size and have been for a couple of years now. I have bought a cream for athletes foot as between my toes were very itchy, the itch was has disappeared now. Can I make my toes their original size again as compared to my others toes on my other foot it look ridiculous please tell me what to do and how long and hard it will be. I have not seen a doctor yet about this and have never been to a dermitologiat
