Sir,I have radial tear in medial meniscus.doctor adviced no need surgery,and recommended for exercises.

Back pain since 2 years radiating to right lower limb . Pain occurs anytime any position and sever r in nature . Pain is relieved by Ultracet only , not any other NSAIDS, muscle relaxant , anti depressants . Please give your expert opinion

Hi i am 16 years old and it’s been about 1-2 years that I’ve been dealing with this problem. My wrists cracks and and makes a crunching sound when moving it around in circular motions. Now i get pain shooting thru the wrist. Is this normal or what is it? I read all the links and the entire thread but nothing answered me. Please help.

I am ali I have a problem in spine I had an xray 7 months ago and it showed that my spine is not in order I have a problem in sitting and standing for too long! And with that i was diagnosed with vitamin D deficency! Levels were 10 but i took medicne for 3 months and level go upto 35 But i still have the same condition.. My dr told me that i have weakness! I am experiencing a constant knee pain from 2 days. The pain is in knee and upper feet.All though it is not severe but due to its sensation I m not able to sleep.no swelling and not any injury.

Hi doctors, I did acl plus minucus surgery last Wednesday.on very first day I can bend 90 degree and do full stretch without pain .Is this normal? and also from drainage point the liquid is come out after exercise so is this normal ? Please answer
