Bone & Muscle problems

I am having trouble turning left. this happened in a bjj session and the pain is in the back left of my neck and it radiates upto my left elbow sometimes. is it a sprain or a ligament injury

Sir I have back pain since yesterday. Unable to stand up straight.but during sleep there is no problem.

Hello sir , I have severe ach on my both thighs n sweeling n no stamina to do walk ...I did excercise but didn't get relief....
