I’m having a stroke
I think I’m having a stroke. Myers leg is weak and hand is numb and hurting and my eyes hurt. I throw up and have a headache for no reason

Hello, not to worry, it is not a stroke, it must be a sign of Either nerve compression/ Myofascial Pain that is troubling you and probably you can improve with exercises only. But your physical evaluation is a must before concluding.
