There is cramp type of pain in my left side upper back after it I recently felt cramp in my left back in the early morning after it I take physiotherapy after it there is internal pain in my left shoulder front side and also back side in normal conditions there is no pain when I m taking large breathing then I m feeling the pain and I also feel the pain when I m going the position sleeping to sitting and I m a cricketer what is the reason behind it morning time the pain is so measurable what can I do for it can it be a major problem and I also give icepack after it in the morning the pain is high but no result found

I have recently gotten a fracture on my ankle and have a plaster on. Sometimes I'm feeling like air bubbles popping inside my foot (the fractured one). Is this normal?

Dear Sir, i am 35 years old . On April 2018 , due to road accident my rib ( rib no 5) has been fractured. first 1 month i was under total bed rest and took hifanac-P and Gemcal ( for 2 months). but still after i feel pain or discomfort in injured area. please let me know is ribs fractured is curable? how many months it will take to heal totally? for official purpose i use bike , is it create any problem. can i lead normal life. please guide
