I got a mini us tear in my left knee 5 years ago now it’s completly worn down the pain is a lot and starting to affect my other knee I had a mri and was told it was a gerative bone disease what are my options

Treatment is under going for knee pain tablets are given by doctor. Blood test are normal. Knee X-ray done for left  leg minor gap one side of knee bone round and other side bone is slightly touch bottom leg bone. Doctor advice medicine for two months almost a month is going to complete but no improvement is seen.

I feel pain in the back side of my hand whenever i stretch it forward or backward, or do any activity that puts weight or pressure on it like getting up by putting pressure on my hands.
