I have (Bilateral foraminal L3-L4 disc bulge indenting bilateral neural foramen seen. Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal L4-L5 & L5-S1 dise bulge indenting thecal sac and bilateral neural foramen contents seen.) kindly give me some advice and tips please if i do physio which type should I do
