Bone & Muscle problems

Last week my leg got twisted and it is still swollen.I had total 15 tablets in the last week still it is not healed

Sequel of anterior dislocation with stable 1.2 x 1.9 cm flattening type of Hill Sach’s lesion, large anterior labral tear from 1 to 6 o’clock with thickened anterior inferior capsulolabral tissue, moderately lax inferior capsule and estimated anterior glenoid bone loss of 18%, the latter best seen on 3-D CT.

Both side shoulders having shooting pain starting from the joint till fingers. Backsides of the shoulders having pain too. Pls suggest some medicine.

My mother is suffering from lower back pain since 2 year..r..we have done MRI and the gap in her vertebrae has lessened because of old age and wear n year.She did physiotherapy also but it did not help.Few doctors have suggested surgery but we don't want to do that.Please suggest a good doctor and advice what should we do about it.Thank you.

I am getting pain in the buttocks bones whenever i sit and stand up from the chair. I sit for long hours and work in computer. What problem is this? What is the solution for this?

Hello doc My vitamin d3 level was 9 after my delivery.. Post natal 1.5 yrs now.. I took d3 sachet 8 weeks.. N had an d3 injection also.. I didn't check my count after that.. If I take vitamin D, I feel very energetic, no body leg n joint pains, brisk.. But if I don take I feel very drowsy all time, severe leg cramps, damn tired, so until mindful... Why s this? Wat should I do? Can I keep taking d3 sachet every week continuously?

I was dancing and suddenly I felt cramp like on my back and it started to pain. Taking a video I realised a small lump probably due to muscle climbing up upon one another made it swollen red resulting to pain. The lump is near the shoulder blades at the right side of the body. What should I do to make it back normal? Should icing help or should I give it a heat treatment?
