Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, My mother is suffering from Cervical Spondolyiss and osteoporosis. There is also injury in spine.

Recently we had been visited doctor for the above mentioned problem. He has done several blood tests, in that only one problem that is insufficient of vitamin D. She also had thyroid. My question I would like to ask Is there any reason for causing that problem?

I have a screw in my left knee which was done in your hospital 7 years back. Now im getting some pain if im walking for a half a kilometer. Please let me know which is the best way to proceed with , To remove screw or continue for life time.

I am having a minor pain in my lower back for 4 days now. The pain is not severe, but i can't bend forward slowly. If i do it fast, there is no problem. Is there an issue with the curvature of my lower back? What kind of exercises should i do?

I am suffering from joint/muscle pain that 'moves' around the body. I would get up rigid and achy every morning and after a light exercise, pain will normally go. The symptom becomes more prominent and the pain in unbearable mainly in winters. If I remember this all started when I was 15 yr of age. Please suggest the kind of specialist that I can see.
