Hi I am 32 year old male. Since 1 month I have experienced that I have tremendous pain in my calf. This pain only arises in the night and then eventually my sleep is disturbed. Throughout the day the pain is not there. Kindly suggest what treatment should I take to sure the pain?

My daughter is a dancer and she twisted her ankle about over a week ago during a performance and was diagnosed with a sprain and muscle strain. She's been advised rest for 3 weeks and to use an aircast but still has mobility issues and can't walk without a limp. Its now painless but it's been about 10 days and we're worried it may be a ligament injury instead and are seeking a second opinion.

My mother is having severe joint pains due to which she is unable to walk we had done health profile to check if there is any deficiency the results were like this please help us out
