There s no known reason for developing osteophytes. These usually occur in response to ageing process and don’t indicate any disease. Please inform what was the indicator mri in your case ? What are real symptoms u have.
We need to treat u not the MRI.

Small anterior osteophytes are age related changes. You develop these changes as you grow old. So what I mean is we don't treat anterior osteophytes because it is an age related change.
