Hello Sir, I m suffering from heel Pain since two months Pain feels more in morning when I wake up first time in the morning.usually pain reduce after some time.when I press above heel right side below ankle feel Pain. Please suggest me should I go for X ray or consultant orthopaedic. Thanks Amit Puri

I severely twisted and sprained my ankle and foot while descending stairs.I have applied spray for quick relief. I can stand on my feet but can't put full pressure on the twisted foot. Painting excessively.

Severe pain in one hand which is spreading and the other hand is also started paining. Also pain in neck.

My Dad is having a severe ankle pain and looks like there is some water content (doesn't look like a pus though). He recently had a diabetic issue which went upto 400 (now this is in control). I have a muscle pain in a body and bone pain in back for last two months. I took a calcium and vitamin d total 25 oh test and the results are 7.2 mg/uL for calcium and 11.7 ng/ml for vitamin d total 25 OH. Can i take nutrileon tablet daily which is calcium 500 mg and vitamin d3 250 IU. Please give any suggestion sir? Thanking you.

My joints( hands, legs,knees)  are cracking too much these days while sleeping, or walking or during any movement randomly , although they are painless. What should I do, can it be due to a deficiency or beginning of some disease, should I opt for complete checkup? it has started almost from 3 months, before that it wasn't too much cracking

I am suffering from sacroiliitis in right side.so I have severe pain in lower back, buttock, thigh,also leg.Doctor advised me Ace Proxyvon cr, osteopos 70, dv 60 k tablet and LS belt & volin gel.but not control in pain. I have severe pain which is uncontrollable please suggest me tablet for pain.

I got diagnosed with arthritis a few months back. Doctor diagnosed it with reactive arthritis because all my reports for Crp, rf and anti ccp came back negative. The medicine gave me side effects so I had to stop them for a while. Meanwhile a few days back I started noticing this lump on both my wrist, one below my last toe on left foot, thehyare not painful but when I touch my palm I can feel some stiffness and swelling in some parts. Will these go away on their own? Is it something serious? Have attached some pictures for you to have a look at the lumps. They are not very big but visible to naked eye.
