I'm facing lower back pain since 2 weeks which has radiated till the back part of the thigh (hamstring). What are the exercises which can be done so as to relieve this pain?

There is a slight numbness in my left arm and hand. There is tingling feeling in my hand. I cannot feel and hold things properly because of this. Though there is no pain in the shoulder, arm or hand. What doctor should I do? Which doctor to consult?

Hello Dr I am having mild burning in my left leg calf muscle from yesterday. Can you please suggest why it is burning as there is no injury? And also is there anything related to heart injury?

My father is suffering with chronic knee pain Is there any treatment for him in physiotherapy or injections like  PRP, BMAC and OZONE therapy. Is there any knee belt or cap for bow legs. He is diabetic. He is using medication for that. His sugar levels are under control.

I play sports. And recently I am experiencing intense pain in putting weight on my right knee while standing right after I've been sitting with crossed or folded legs for sometime. This becomes more frequent and severe on days of high sports activity. What could be the problem? Kindly suggest .

I'm having pain in my thumb knuckle region of the right hand after a fist fight from last 15 to 20 days ago.. The particular region was swollen for 2-3 days after the same. The pain reduced and the mobility also got back to the normal in a week.. but I still feel pain in a certain area even while pushing/pulling some light weight.. there's no swelling anymore.. it pains doing some routine tasks of grabing and pulling some weight with the right hand when held with the thumb

Hello mam/sir from last one week i am having mild pain on right side of the knee(right leg only). there's no such pain in and around knee cap. pain increase when i press that area, and it feels like pain is outside of the joints not internal. (its around right side of knee,where femer ends) i do not have any recent injury issue.

Recently (20-25 days)I have started fitness exercise and playing badminton. In fitness exercise some Times I have lifted 2.5 -5 kg weight , After that there is muscular pain in my back. Some times centre point of back , sometimes in under arms mainly in Ribs part . I have applied ointment also , but for time being it will go and then again feel pain. I have also little pains in Joints of leg while climbing ladders or sitting in western toilet. Kindly suggest .
