I have period problem from 7 years. Usually I dont get my periods properly but when I have it will continue for 20 days with heavy flow.

I have been having back pain for 2 days. The pain is severe. I am not able to study and after 5 days I have exams.. The back pain is concentrated in Upper right part of the back.i have applied moov 2 times in this period day but it's paining. There is no any wound or bone Damage or muscle damage due to hurt in the back. ShoUldale I takepainkiller

I want to gain weight please suggest me for this. I want gain weight on all over my body because in comparison with my upper body lower is weak

I have a normal body weight according to my height but have issues of pain and cramp during periods. My mom got hempushpa for me but i read somewhere that it makes you gain weight. Is that true because i don't want to gain weight.
