Swollen cheeks and fat on face
Very recently lot of fat has accumulated in my face.i was under medication of prostatities. And I was on Ayurvedic treatment.
Fat on face is really demotivating me. I have heard that taking shilajit reduces the fat and provide energy.

Over weight and pain in my knee
Hello Doctor,
Not sure whether it is due to overweight or something else, I am not able to concentrate on my work and always feels tired.
My knee also started paining.
I doubt it is because overweight and lack of calcium.
