I am using costly shampoos but nothing useful.i am becoming bold for every year.i am not at all facing it.please suggest me any good medicine.my back side and at shoulders are effecting by getting rashes with the dandruff

I have a wheezing problem from past 8 years. I am taking Foracort inhaler for relief whenever I feel difficulty in breathing. On an average I take 2-3 dosages of Foracort per week. I wanted to know if Foracort is safe for use in long term? Is it not steroids ? Any permanent remedies available for my problem in Ayurveda ?

Age: 35 Constipation, obesity, gastro, heartburn Liver, suffering from Constipation, Acidity since Long (10+ years). 1 Doctor have given a Ayurveda liver syrup which worked 4 me. but in Liver tests all came fine. Also I gained weight (10 KG ) but after doing exercise frm last 3 years No change in weighing Scale. LOOKING 4 solution in Ayurveda
