I have no any health issues. Can I take these(ashwagandha, gokshura and shilajit) three together for boost energy in gym to make body muscular? In present I am taking celin 500 for tissues recovery ,evion400 for back pain, cipcal500 joint pain. Can I take all (ashwagandha, gokshura, shilajit, celin 500,evion400, cipcal500) together.
