Age 31 male ..i workout and eat multiple vitamins vitamin e,c,b12,gokshura, shilajit , and ashwagandha all supplements I take 2 times a day ..is this good or bad in long run.

Hello..I think any medicines taken without proper guidance is not good. Multi vitamins, gokshura, shilajit, aswaganda etc are good. But taking all these together for a long period might be harmful.
Aswagandha is good to releive stress, lethargy, its is an energy booster.
Gokshura is normally given in cases related to urinary system. Renal calculi, cystitis etc.
Shilajathu is given for rejuvenation, diabetes, renal calculi etc
