Can you provide any ayurvedic remedy for clearing dark spots on face left after pimples

I am getting headache often , atleast thrice in a week. Sometimes it pains one side and sometimes both sides. If i bow it puts pressure on my nose bone and cheek bones. It feels like water clotted in my head. I have a sinus problem slightly , i dont know how to overcome this. Please suggest me which specialist i need to approach.

I am always effected by at least one of the following problems:frequent mouth ulcers,acidity,constipation,gas,dizziness,insomnia,acne,nausea,stomachache.I am never at relief.The most recurring are mouth ulcers and acidity.Inspite of fact that I keep my diet very restricted,I face this problems.Also I am at trouble if I drink milk which results in extreme acidity and gas.
