Respected Doctor's I don't know whether I using the correct forum for asking this question.I am having unbearable scrotum itching for past two years tried all allopathic treatments but the problem is intact. is there permanent cure for scrotum itching in Ayurvedic medicines. My Son got Fabrile Seizure 2 min twice in 3 month gap and admitted 2 times and given medication during that period. My Question - Let me know any Ayurvedic tablets and Chayamprash for improving Immune system. So that No infection and Hence no Fever, so no fabrile seizure. Right now we are giving Baidyanath Jhansi Chayamprash and some times Baidhnath Jhansi Baalrogantak tablet. Is it ok or any other option. As of now, As per doctors we are now giving Frisium 0.5 mg to 1.5 year child during 3 days fever for avoiding or preventing Fabrile Seizure. After giving Frisium 0.5 mg to my Son, Now abke to precaut and avoid Fabrile Seizure after Many Doctor's Recommendations. 2nd question - Is Frisium tablet is safe for brain's Development. Any other Alternate medicine or salt in place of frisium 0.5 mg.

Can you let me know if ajwain is good for helping in hyperacidity. I am facing acidity for last few years as I have irregular eating habits and bad foods intake. Can you help with Ajwain water based intake which controls my hyperacidity issue. You can suggest with other good options. I can try to reduce my specific meals but hyperacidity is severe problem like. Also I take Sheth brother Thandak churna.please suggest

I have been suffering from constipation since last 10yrs. i tried various medicine bt all are good for a certain period. I went to various doctors & they give some ayurvedic medicine namely gasex,live52 etc. And Allopathic namely entroquinal, entrozyme, sorboline etc. But does not find the correct combination. please advice me which medicine i will continue. Please advice best medicine that will clear my bowels and solve the problem.
