Hi, Please try following general treatment for back pain. Massage therapy with warm Mahanarayan oil. It can be done at home. If you don't have anyone to do it, try hot pack after Appling the oil. Ensure that the oil is warm to get maximum benefits. Punarnavashtak kwath or Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Ashwagandharishta 10 ml 20 mins before lunch and dinner. Triphala 1 tsp with warm water before bed at night.
