Your symptoms suggest Vata imbalance or cervical tension. Ayurvedic Remedies: Mahanarayan Taila massage – Relieves stiffness. Ashwagandha Churna (½ tsp with warm milk at night) – Reduces stress & imbalance. Brahmi Vati (1 tablet twice daily) – Supports brain function. Lifestyle: Ginger tea & warm meals – Improve circulation. Neck stretches, Bhujangasana, Anulom Vilom – Eases tension & dizziness. If persistent, try Nasya or Shirodhara therapy.
