Your urinary tract infection (UTI) with E. coli, kidney pain, back pain, weight loss, and weakness suggest a chronic, antibiotic-resistant infection that needs deep detoxification and strengthening of the urinary system. Ayurveda focuses on eliminating infection, reducing inflammation, and restoring kidney health. Ayurvedic Medicines for Chronic UTI & Kidney Health: ✅ Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily to eliminate infection and support kidney function. ✅ Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily to strengthen the urinary tract. ✅ Punarnava Mandoor – 1 tablet twice daily for kidney detox and to reduce inflammation. ✅ Varunadi Kwath – 20 ml twice daily with water to flush out bacteria. ✅ Yavakshar Churna – 1 pinch with water twice daily to reduce burning and prevent stone formation. Home Remedies: 1️⃣ Coconut Water – Drink daily to flush toxins and cool the urinary tract. 2️⃣ Barley Water – Boil barley in water and drink throughout the day. 3️⃣ Coriander & Fennel Tea – Detoxifies the kidneys and reduces infection. 4️⃣ Aloe Vera & Amla Juice – Strengthens immunity and prevents further infections. Diet & Lifestyle: ✅ Avoid: Spicy, sour, and heavy foods that irritate the kidneys. ✅ Eat: Light, alkaline foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and moong dal soup. ✅ Stay Hydrated: Drink 2.5–3 liters of water daily. ✅ Avoid Holding Urine: Always empty your bladder when needed. Follow this regimen for 4–6 weeks and repeat your urine culture test. If symptoms persist, Panchakarma detox (Virechana or Basti) may be needed for complete healing. Stay strong—this can be cured naturally! 🙏
