Hi, I am experiencing pain on my lower back towards, left side and left leg. I went for workout after a break of 2 weeks, while warming up with barbell(no weights) doing squats, I felt a quick pain and shivering feel. After that, it was difficult for me to get up and do down. I went for a full body massage and improvement is there. However, I am scard of starting the workout again, as I concentrate on my back and legs alot.
