My doctor is giving me ashwagandharisht and mentat for some time with either vrihat vat chintamani or vat kulantak ras. Can anyone tell me that which one is more superior. Are they both used for same purpose. Which one should I take. What is the purpose of giving one of them at a time??What basically is their use? Are they used to improve immunity as he told me that vrihat vat is more superior than vat kulantak but he gives me latter coz of low cost. I want to stick to one. Help in detail

Please explain the process of ksharsutra. Is it a one time method? What is the cost? How fast can I be fit after the process?
