Piles medicine for Relief forever kindly suggest that is starting condition ask me which medicine or ointment use

I have scanty periods from a year. I went to gynecologist and I was prescribed to take M2 tonic for 3 months. I still have scanty periods. a year back flow was 4 days now it's only 2 days. Please help me know why it has reduce d and can I get it cured through Ayurveda without any side effects

I did virechan today only went seven times to washroom and I had drink normal + refrigerated water so is it okey

Regarding glutes pain after urinationMale, 26 Hi, I was taking Alfoo from last 7 months due to slow urination, due to tight urethral external sphincters muscle. Now, I stopped taking Alfoo as i had normal uroflow and now again after 5 days flow speed is little less. But after 5 days of stopping Alfoo i am having severe glutes pain after urination or after stool passing and also sometimes upper side back pain or lower back pain after urination. Before I had done cystoscopy, everything was normal. Can anyone suggest what is the cause or why its happening, any permenant cure in ayurveda?

I am facing these problem from a week . Is it acne or anything else and the dark spots what I will do please help

I have small breast size i want to make it look good but i don’t want medicines with side effect or surgeries please don’t prescribe medicine with side effect and provide me best consultancy i am 21 and my size is 28. Pulsating throbbing body ...I can feel heart pulse everywhere in my body in all parts specially after eating...all heart test are normal...i can feel heart pulse in head..hand stomach legs...I had stomach infection h pylori...all this problems started with acidity...seen many doctors but no relief...answer plz
