I had great hair a few years back. But I got TB and my hair started thinning near my hairline. Then it got better after recovery and started growing back. Now it's thinning again, in one patch on my head. How to fix this problem?

Hello, I have been using Jiaobi cream from past couple of weeks. It has really shows a good results. All the dark spots are gone now. And also my face skin has got healthier. I just wanted to know if this cream has any side effects. I have ordered it from amazon as the cream has been recommended by one of my friend. Do this cream causes skin cancer? Is this cream harmful to my skin? Kindly advice if me. So that I can continue using it.
