Black spots ( like mustard and pea size) over abdomen, back ,thigh since 3 yrs. Now it's spreading towards neck, i m getting worried if its come over face... please suggest better treatment...

Hello, I have been using Jiaobi cream from past couple of weeks. It has really shows a good results. All the dark spots are gone now. And also my face skin has got healthier. I just wanted to know if this cream has any side effects. I have ordered it from amazon as the cream has been recommended by one of my friend. Do this cream causes skin cancer? Is this cream harmful to my skin? Kindly advice if me. So that I can continue using it.
