I want to know that is there any medicine for depression in Ayurveda which is available in Charak Samhita. Someone suggested me Ashwagandharishta and Saraswatarisgta and I'm taking it for 5 days. How much time will it take to show it's effect. Can it really treat clinical depression as I'm taking allopathic from a year. Is there any effective treatment for depression in ayurveda through Medicine. Please suggest some medicine. Is Ashwagandharishta really effective or it is for mild stress??

I am experiencing hairfall from 2 months. Within a week I lost about half of my hairs. Density reduced to a greater extent. If the hair is wet, scalp becomes visible.
