Throbbing or pulsating body

Pulsating throbbing body ...I can feel heart pulse everywhere in my body in all parts specially after eating...all heart test are normal...i can feel heart pulse in head..hand stomach legs...I had stomach infection h pylori...all this problems started with acidity...seen many doctors but no relief...answer plz
