Hello, Has anyone treated patients with anxiety symptoms such as "Thobbing pulse" which is persistent ? Throbbing pulse is due to stress response that may have overly excited nervous system. Pulsing will occur to muscle or group muscles and will be felt more while resting on Please comment only if you treated patients with these symptoms successfully.

Please share what kinde of stress you have.second it can be cure.first you should take treatment for mind relaxing .because when you are stress free then it will not happen.
Second please share what is your Blood pressure and pulse rate.
When your mind is strong and relax then your throbbing pulse go automatically. So don't worry.
:- Do two yoga alom vilom and kapalbhati empty stomach in morning at least for 20 minutes
:- Do deep breath exercise
:- Do meditation before sleep
:- take one table spoon badam rogan oil in milk at night before sleep. And two tablet of Geriforte ( himalaya company) with milk at night
