Sir, if i sleep n other pose nt in straigh, then after 2 day , i feel deyration and tight lattring and gas in stomac like cheast burn gas. Normally in blood ,stool test , ultrasond nothing wrong found. So i use to sleep straight . If i do any stomach exersize tgen also same problem i suffer.

Hi doctors, I am having problem of fissure, i don't know i should eat more or less. yesterday due to fast i took makhane only in morning and took 2glass of lichi juice and in evening tooks 2 potato with 2 tomato. Results today stool was too hard to pass i break it with my hand it was full of blood and pain. Can some one guide me about eating routine for this kind of issue. Thanks in advance.
