I have being kamaduga rasa for body heat .tis time my period got delayed by 5 days is kamaduga rasa is reason or something else by the way still I didn't periods

I am suffering from excessive gastric and acidity due to alcohol abuse in the past years.I also have gained weight and i am under obesity class 2.Now i exercise regularly and stopped alcohol and cigarettes.I want a permanent solution from this problem.I am done with this life.I want a healthy lifestyle.Will Ayurveda help in my permanent treatment of gastric and acidity and cure my liver?
