My friend is 37, looking for second child. The AMH is 0.02, with FSH 60.3, LH 36.7 and Estradiol- 67.16. Allopathic doctor said no chances of second child with IUI/ IVF due to fertility issues. Only donor IVF would work. Does ayurveda has scope of treatment here.
