I done a blood test of my lipid profile, in that my hdl level is 27 and ldl is 100 I wanted to increase my hdl , what all things can be done ?

I am on allopathic treatment for DVT and taking tabs as confirmed. Can I take ayurvedic medicine along with allopathic treatment. Also confirm, should I use medical compression stocking?

I'm at AVN arogya ayurvedic hospital near my home town with my parents. They asked to take virechana. I have a doubt is that since 25 years from the age of 5 I have been facing digestion issues which means it does not properly digested food and Malabsorbtion issues at small intestine. My stomach push me go to toilet after immediately had food. This issues I had been facing when I was working at office. Once the luch got over my stomach pushes me to go tk toilet.
