I am having constipation and indigestion problem from last 1 year. I had started taking dabur triphala tablets from last 1 week 2 tab after dinner. I am feeling well after taking this tablets. How long should i take this tablets for how many months ?

Age 23 Weight 110kg Height 5'11 On thyroid medication 75mg thyrofit ..(under control) Bp sugar under control I am thinking of starting to drink ash gourd juice in morning empty stomach. Should I take any precautions as I have seasonal chronic tonsillitis right now no problem. Are there any foods to avoid while having this juice I go for a morning walk in morning ...so should I drink juice when I wake up or after walk.
